A Steel Framed Modular building in the style of a Traditional Grain Store with the option of sitting the building on Staddle Stones or brick pillars.

The modular design gives you a structurally sound building with a short erection time leaving you to clad, roof and finish the building to your preference and budget. Ideal as a Summerhouse, Garden Room, Office or as a bed and breakfast Cabin.

The standard design shown above measures 3.5 metre x 3.5 metres. It offers a first floor gallery big enough for a double bed or additional storage.

The steelwork is CE marked to BS EN 1090.

The cost for timber studwork, roof and cladding can be quoted as an extra if required once the final design has been agreed.

Erection can be offered at an additional cost, along with ground work preparation. Help and advise is also on offer. Please contact me to discuss if this is required.
